Enquiries and service arrangements
When you contact us, we receive the contact details, property address or postcode and description you provide. We use this information to answer your enquiry, assess the requested service, prepare a quotation and arrange agreed work. Our legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering a contract, or performing a contract. We also use information where needed to meet legal obligations and for our legitimate interests in administering enquiries, maintaining records and protecting the website against abuse.
Please provide only information relevant to the enquiry. Do not send payment-card details, identity documents or detailed medical information through the form.
Website, cookies and service providers
Hostinger provides website hosting and the server-side mail service used to submit enquiries. Email and hosting providers process the technical information needed to operate those services, including server logs. Enquiries are sent to the business enquiry mailbox for the team to handle. Information may also be disclosed where required by law.
The site uses a necessary short-lived session cookie for enquiry security and browser session storage to remember your picture preference. These are not used for advertising. The enquiry handler also keeps short-lived anti-abuse and duplicate-prevention records containing a hashed network address, random request identifier, timestamps and send-attempt status. It does not save the enquiry’s name, contact details, property address or message in those local security records. Enquiry content is sent by email to the business mailbox. The website does not load marketing analytics or take online payments. Links to external sites are subject to those sites’ own privacy information.
Keeping and protecting information
We keep enquiry and service information only as long as needed for the purpose for which it was collected, including handling follow-up questions, meeting legal record-keeping requirements and resolving disputes. Retention depends on whether an enquiry leads to work and the records involved. Access should be limited to people and service providers who need it for those purposes.
Your rights and complaints
Depending on the circumstances, UK data protection law gives you rights to access and correct your information, request erasure or restriction, object to processing and request data portability. Contact us using the details above. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
