LONDON PEST REMOVAL

Rodent advice

Useful answers before and after a treatment visit.

Record signs without disturbing them

Note the room, time of day, sounds and any damage to food packaging. Keep children and pets away from suspected droppings. Do not sweep or vacuum them dry, and do not touch damaged electrical cables.

Consider the building as well as the room

Rodent activity can involve gaps around services, shared voids and adjoining properties. Tell the technician about recent building work, drainage issues and previous treatment. Leave suspected occupied entry points unsealed until the control and proofing sequence is agreed.

For more detail, read the mouse-control guide or rat-control guide. Follow the specific instructions supplied for any treatment.
