LONDON PEST REMOVAL

Advice for property managers

Useful answers before and after a treatment visit.

Arrange access and responsibility early

Collect the property address, affected rooms, dates of reported signs and any earlier treatment records. Agree who can authorise work, how access will be arranged and which person should receive the quotation and visit report.

Coordinate without assigning blame

A pest report does not establish where an infestation started or who is responsible. Check the tenancy or management arrangements and obtain advice where responsibility is disputed. Share relevant observations with the people who need to arrange inspection, while avoiding unnecessary tenant or medical details.

Ask for preparation instructions that residents can realistically follow, and agree how repairs, follow-up and changes in activity will be reported. See services for landlords and agents and bed-bug treatment in shared or rented accommodation.
